Work better together, build trust, and create a respectful workplace

Skills for Success equips salon and spa owners with essential everyday skills for thriving in work, learning, and daily life.
Participate in our Relational Skills Workplace Training program in partnership with the Workplace Connections Project.
The Workplace Connections Project, which is funded in part by the Government of Canada’s Adult Learning, Literacy and Essentials Skills Program and managed by Workplace Education Manitoba, provides comprehensive Pan-Canadian training solutions that address significant and pervasive workforce challenges Canadian workers and employers are facing at no cost to participant, or to the organization.
Relational Skills© are an adaptation of four of the Government of Canada’s Skills for Success, combined with expanded knowledge in four additional skills: Social Intelligence, Civility & Citizenship, Change & Continuous Learning, and Cultural Competence.
These 8 skills delivered through Relational Skills Workplace Training equip employees to not only work well together, but to do so in a way that builds trust, creates a respectful workplace, supports inclusion and helps employees manage effectively in an ever-changing, increasingly digital, and global world.
