Certificate of Qualifications are available for reprinting. These documents are available if you carried a license before 2003 or completed the exam after 2003 with the BeautyCouncil.

Please note we do not carry any records from schools such as transcripts, diplomas, or marks. These you will need to obtain from the school you graduated from. We also do not issue or manage the Red Seal program – for Red Seal, visit their main web site.

We can only issue Certificates of Qualification if our records show you as having earned one in the past. While we have records from the previously regulated cosmetology industry in British Columbia, we can only grant reprints for records we have on file as a voluntary association.

If we cannot locate your certification credentials, we will contact you and if required, refund your money in full. Please have a credit card ready as you will pay after submitting this form.
