Legal considerations post-COVID

ByGreg Robins 2020-06-122021-08-07

Know your legal obligations in the workplace post COVID

Wondering what to do with your staff or team in a post-COVID workplace?

In this Zoom replay, we cover some obligations around what staff, owners, managers, and even independent contractors need to know going back to work after COVID.

We dig into legal workplace compliance and staff management, including:

  • Occupational health and safety issues in light of WorkSafeBC’s new guidelines
  • Updating workplace policies to comply with WorkSafeBC
  • Considerations for bringing workers back, including work refusals
  • Issues arising from continued temporary layoffs and/or termination of employees
